Refund Policy
SMR Intercontinental ensures 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special requirements or not able to complete your order as per the delivery policy, your complete order amount will be refunded.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- If you are not satisfied with our services and request for a refund payment which is made within 30 days, you would be eligible for 100% refund.
- No refund request will be entertained after 30 days of your project delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
- If customer is failed to provide briefing and requirements of his project within 30 days than amount he has paid is non-refundable..
